The Launch party on Thursday was a resounding success! In fact, so much so that the office had to be closed the next day…
Again, thanks to everyone for coming, it was a great night and an excellent start to the life of our wee nipper Nobrow 1: Gods and Monsters.
If you didn’t get the chance to pick up a copy on the night, they are available from the Nobrow Press section on this website (its super duper easy, just click on ‘purchase’ and Paypal will do the rest), we are also selling two spreads from the magazine as limited edition signed screenprints, check the Small Press section if you want to take a looksie.

Nobrow Issue 1: Gods & Monsters - Printed in two spot colours in a limited edition of 3000 numbered copies it gives a high quality platform to artists and illustrators both new and established. The diverse contributors were hand picked for their unique styles and all were invited to generate work based on the theme. Some are up and coming, others are plucked from unexpected places, all are talented.

Here’s a sneak peek of one of the Editions that we will be printing to coincide with the launch of Nobrow Issue 1. All the prints will feature artwork from the magazine and are individually numbered and signed by the artist. This particular print features the artwork of Bjorn Rune Lie. It is printed in 4 colours and is limited to an edition of only 50. These prints are available to purchase from the Small Press section.

Berlin based illustrator Orlando brings us a stunning collection of imagery gathered from his travels around the world. Lake Como DrawingsNobrow Small Press
Consisting of five panoramas drawn over five days, Paddy Molloy's Lake Como Drawings follows a short journey through the Italian town of Torno situated on Lake Como. Originally produced between intermittent rainstorms in graphite and pencil in his sketchbook, the collected work has been compiled into a beautiful 16 page book for Nobrow Small Press set to be released in late November.
The Dressing Gown Month by D. TsavalasNobrow Small Press
Dionisia's exploration of matters of the heart, kebabs and cans of Carling, draws scenes and characters from her birthplace in the South East London. At once a caricature yet clearly coloured by the artist's surroundings and experiences, 'The Dressing Gown Month' is filled with beautiful drawing full of tension but still somehow familiar. Tsavalas' book is an edition of 50 signed and numbered copies.
